Break Barriers originated as a grassroots movement that was inspired by the personal experiences of our founders. They saw first-hand the struggles of people and families dealing with disabilities in their interaction with the disability support system in Australia.
From its humble beginnings, this community-inspired project has developed into a well-known, nationwide NDIS disability support service provider offering its services to many participants in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, and WA.
Throughout our development, we have held onto one basic principle, which is the belief that a person’s ability must not be defined by disability. All our clients deserve individualised support, genuine empathy, and the possibility of reaching their personal goals.
At present, we have more than 100 disability support workers, support coordinators, and allied health professionals on our staff.
Overcoming barriers is not only our mission statement but our commitment to doing so. Each day, we try to break down the barriers that exist for those with disabilities.
Our vision is to assist persons with disability to attain a sense of self-reliance, develop relationships, and lead a fulfilling life by providing individualized NDIS services, disability services, and advocacy support.
